It’s July! This one will be short and quick.
So what’s been happening for the past month and a bit? Well I’ve been working lots and volunteering lots and generally kicking ass.
I’ve spent the last two week doing Edmund Rice Camps. Something I started when I was a wee 16 year old back in 2008. I captained a Science Camp first week of July, which meant lots of small scale explosions and watching ‘Meet the Robinsons’ on repeat. And then went on a Family Camp and had a ball up in Mount Tambourine.
In movie news, Zombie Bro now has a Colour Gradist! Woo! A lovely guy by the name of Rio Zoulas who is probably flicking through the film now working his magic.
In band news, The 8 Tracks have a new drummer, bass guy and an additional singer. And we have a gig you can all come to on the 2nd September. It’s at the Retro Bar and you can hear me belt out tunes like ‘Please Mr Postman’ and ‘You Can’t Hurry Love’.
And finally, in career news, I now have a Certificate in Childhood Education. Which means I can get Au Pair jobs a tad easier and can work at just about any Childcare service. Go me!
That’s about it for me at the moment. Thanks for keeping updated.
Xx May
