It’s been a helluva crazy September and I can’t wait to settle down in October.
We’ve shot ‘The Army Within’! Can't wait to see how it all turns out! Just a pleasure working with all of the actors and crew. Special mention to my boyfriend, Traye (Paul Pantano) and Director Andy Sutton.
We wrapped 'Die Krakenhaus', There's a picture of the cast and crew. And below, Major Evans (Paul Berenger) and Nurse Reeves. We filmed at a beautiful Lodge in Robertson, so worth the drive.
And I was also shooed in last-minute to play the role of a Receptionist in Junior Sala’s ‘Without’.
I’ve also been busy trying to find a place in Sydney for the next year or so and it has been a success! I now have a permanent place and am so excited to never move again (or at least for a long time).
Now just to settle in…
This month it all starts again however. ‘Pop-up’, has begun shooting and I have my first scene on the 5th October at King Edward Park in Newcastle.
I will also be playing a minor role in a comedic Web-Series titled ‘It’s a Dole Life’ by Knife & Fork Productions. Another Receptionist role (am I being type-cast?).
I am still doing the occasional Stand-Up gig and can be found at the Comedy Corner this Thursday night in the Rocks.
The Improv Music Show has been in the back of my mind and will hopefully start developing into something this month. My aim is now to do some kind of smallish performance in December. In other Improv news, I’m seeing ‘Who’s Line is it Anyway?’ with Colin Mochrie & Brad Sherwood on the 19th at the Opera House. It is going to be just AMAZING.
Apart from that, I’m face-painting, balloon twisting and Smurf-Puppet making my way through the month.
See you in November!
